1st June to the end of September. Minimum booking, 7 nights plus

Holiday weeks, Christmas, Easter etc

DISCOUNTS IN ALL MONTHS FOR MORE THAN 1 WEEK BOOKING.

PLEASE ASK IF YOU WANT LESS THAN A WEEK IN MID OR LOW SEASONS AND WE WILL TRY AND ACCOMMODATE.

RENTAL PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE, NO ADD ONS

STRICTLY MAX OF 6 PERSONS, SORRY NO CHILDREN UNDER 12. NO GROUPS, NO PARTIES ETC NO SMOKING

A 300.00 security deposit is authorised on your credit card and returned within 3 days of the apartment being cleaned and checked.

We leave 10 Euros a week for electricity ( normal usage) any excess is paid by coin meter.
